This is the Management Board of the Kinokot International Film Festival
In 2023, we wanted to change the film industry and help young talents build a solid career. Our project was born in Voronezh, and now it tours across Russia and takes place several times a year
Regulations
Short films made between 2016 and 2026, with a maximum runtime of 30 minutes, are eligible for the competition programme
